- Operate as a single-threaded owner to define, drive & deliver business goals end-to-end.
- Advise & influence leadership/stakeholder teams on various trade-off decisions.
- Lead large, cross-functional planning and strategy workstreams.
- Develop high-confidence annual operating plans that have measurable impact on key metrics.
- Regularly presenting to VP and SVP level leaders, such as monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews with leadership covering strategic level topics.
- Own various business reviews & documents that articulate clearly - program goals, desired outcomes, risks & mitigation plans.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Seattle, WA, USABASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 7+ years of cross functional project delivery experience, or a MBA and 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- 7+ years of working cross functionally across several teams experience
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining and executing program requirementsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Program/Product management experience in an Internet services/E-commerce company
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership

The base pay for this position ranges from $111,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
