- Handle invoice cycle (e-invoicing), including GL booking
- Follow up on invoices payment, including GL booking for invoice payment received
- Handle project administration
- Coordinate/optimize invoice processes
- Monitor lead to close process / quality of project administration (using Tableau)
- Monitor & support embedding Drive to Win system
- Support project management
- Handle project accounting quality & compliance assurance
- Manage project hygiene meetings / monitor project alerts
- Support/challenge project management on project accounting matters
- Be proactive WIP review / debt collection
- Prepare month tax return: VAT, WHT (when requested)
- Support during yearend tax finalization
- Support during Tax audit, internal/ external audit
- Relevant Bachelor/MSc Economics or Management accounting degree
- 2- 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong English, verbal and written communication skills required
- Knowledge in book keeping, taxation, and accounting & finance principles
