We are seeking a skilled and experienced Java Enterprise Application Business Analyst to join our team. The Java Enterprise Application Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for Java-based enterprise applications. The successful candidate will possess strong technical and business analysis skills, with experience working on complex Java enterprise projects.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Java-based enterprise applications.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of requirements.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Perform business process analysis and workflow modeling to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and maintain documentation such as business requirements documents, use cases, and user stories.
- Conduct impact analysis to assess the potential implications of proposed changes or enhancements.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and prioritization activities.
- Provide support and assistance to end users during testing, training, and implementation phases.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

- Strong understanding of Java enterprise technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Experience with Java EE (Enterprise Edition) technologies such as Servlets, JSP, EJB, JDBC, and JMS.
- Experience with Java development tools and IDEs (e.g., Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA).
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall software development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or related field.
- Experience with Java web frameworks such as Spring MVC, Struts, or JSF.
- Experience with web services and RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Experience with application servers such as Apache Tomcat, JBoss, or IBM WebSphere.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and tools.
