This position is responsible for preparing food and maintaining a sanitary environment.Essential Duties
  • Cooking and prepareing food according to established or special menus
  • Assisting in overseeing the work of inmates and volunteers or other assigned personnel
  • Serving food to customers
  • Maintaining a safe and sanitary environment
  • Maintaining records of inventories, assisting in ordering supplies and assisting in determining the cost of meals
