- Set a high example for staff to follow with a “lead from the front” approach.
- Provides feedback to staff in relation to their work and performance
- Actively participate and contribute to team outcomes by preparing all required information, provide recommendations & ideas.
- An ability to engage with our customers and make every transaction magical so that you are leading by example for your team!
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role leading a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and exceptional presentation standards
- Commitment and accountability to ensure you can manage the stores effectivity in the absence of the Store Manager

- To be flexible to work a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday which may include early morning, late nights, weekends and holidays.
- Valid working rights as well as the ability to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card
