- Interprets and implements NISP/IC policies; develop and implement industrial security and corporate security procedures for compliance.
- Maintains all security documentation and files accurately and in accordance with USG requirements for a cleared facility to possess classified information.
- Prepares and maintains USG and Corporate security policies and procedures for compliance with 32CFR, Part 117 and US CYBERCOM traditional security requirements.
- Manages/oversees at the facility level the operation of the Leidos access control and intrusion detection system.
- Implements Leidos Corporate Insider Threat Program at the facility level.
- Maintains contract DD254’s and classified holding records.
- Responsible for preparing for USG and Leidos Corporate security program reviews to include:
- Formal DCSA Annual Security Assessments.
- Periodic USCYBERCOM inspections.
- Leidos Corporate Peer Reviews.
- Investigates security incidents and violations and prepare reports for submittal through the Corporate Director of Security to Cognizant Security Authority.
- Responds to or otherwise manages the response to all facility security alarms on 24x7 basis.
- Trains site personnel on security awareness and compliance with corporate and USG security policies and procedures
- Reviews all classified and CUI deliverables to ensure all comply with industrial security, contract specific and DOD information Security marking requirements.
- Serves as the Contractor SSO and as the Alternate COMSEC Custodian
- Develops and maintains strong working relationships with DCSA, USG customer security offices and other external stakeholders.
- Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 12 years of experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of industrial security experience
- Experience with managing closed areas and possessing facilities with all security disciplines including personal, physical, and information security is a plus.
- Completed FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities and Insider Threat Training.
- COMSEC, OPSEC courses.
- In-depth knowledge of 32CFR, Part 117, Executive Orders, Industrial Security Letters, and DoD security directives on physical, personnel, document security.
- Must hold a current DoD Top Secret SCI Clearance.
- Command Cyber Readiness Inspection (CCRI) Experience.
- Experience maintaining a program facility in accordance with ICD 705 requirements.
- Working knowledge of: NBIS, SIMS, DISS, NISS.
- Expertise in interpreting and complying with DD254 and USG Security Classification Guides
- Knowledge of MS Products .
