To thrive in this role, prior HLTA experience (or possession of an HLTA qualification) is preferred, along with confidence in delivering lessons to learners in KS2 and 3. Your duties will involve supporting and teaching SEN learners from Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 4:30 pm).The leadership team is dedicated to fostering enthusiasm among both young people and staff, encouraging them to pursue opportunities and aspirations, while promoting respect within the school community and towards others through behavior and communication.Benefits:

Requirements:
  • HLTA Qualification or relevant experience in an HLTA role
  • Previous Teaching Assistant/LSA experience (minimum 6 months) (References required)
  • GCSE Maths and English qualifications
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service.
Responsibilities:
  • Supporting KS2 and 3 learners on a 1:1, small group, and whole class basis
  • Assisting SEN learners in KS2 and 3
  • Delivering pre-planned lessons
