- Required Skills: Outpatient and Skilled Nursing experience highly preferred
- Education: Doctorate of Physical Therapy
- 1 year of experience in Outpatient
- Minnesota PT license required
- Active BLS certification through AHA required
- Must reside 50+ miles outside of Blackduck, MN to qualify
