Multifamily Project Managers in the Summerfield, Florida Area!!!!This role will lead both the office and onsite construction teams, guiding them to successfully complete projects on time and within budget,ensuring client satisfaction and fostering a positive work environment among the construction team.Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing input on construction techniques, methods, and job cost during pre-development stages.
  • Collaborating on budget and work timetable preparation, overseeing cost estimates, and implementing value engineering.
  • Managing projects to ensure quality control, adherence to budget and schedule, and client satisfaction.
  • Facilitating project buyout by reviewing subcontractor bids, defining subcontract scopes, and assessing subcontractor capabilities.
  • Assisting the estimating department in securing qualified trades for bidding.
  • Creating and managing project schedules, including updates and regular monitoring.
  • Overseeing project budgets, forecasting costs, and reviewing expenditure.
  • Coordinating with the Contract Administrator to compile subcontracts and purchase orders.
  • Supervising subcontractor submittals and maintaining positive relationships with architects and subcontractors.
  • Directing field activities, ensuring schedule maintenance, quality control, and adherence to budget.
  • Reviewing all submittal data and managing project documentation distribution.
  • Overseeing project closeout activities, including punch-list signoff, warranty collection, and final payment settlements.
  • Supervising subcontractors and vendors, resolving disputes, and ensuring quality workmanship and materials.
  • Providing guidance on contracts and technical information to workers and professionals.
  • Contributing to business development efforts and participating in job interviews.
  • Directly managing the activities of Superintendents.
  • Undertaking additional assignments as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
  • 7-10 years of project management or construction administration experience, preferably in multi-family construction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Effective resource planning, decision-making, and team-building abilities.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in policy and procedure analysis and recommendations.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
