Assist functions to set up process flows & controls in line with changing business requirements.
Ensure the correctness and accuracy of the controls set by the Business Owner - detective, preventive & mitigating controls.
Assist functions to formulate / timely update the procedures.
Be part of all projects during the design phase to ensure that all controls are in place, proactively.
Support and deliver coaching and training to business owners on an effective control environment.
Collaborate with IA team ensuring that control deficiencies and associated remedial actions and plans are identified.
