Initiates, implements, and manages the plant maintenance activities Monitors the use of parts on machines and part inventories Establishes and maintains a computerized maintenance management system Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving plant o Includes analyzing and reporting TPM, OEE and Downtime Data. Operations and solving maintenance-related problems. Supervises Maintenance Technicians, Process Technicians, and Material Handlers Conducts employee performance reviews based on job descriptions to determine competency, knowledge, and contribution of the maintenance technicians.
