DeLeers Construction is looking for a Senior Residential Construction Estimator. Working with the DeLeers Pre-construction and sales teams, the Senior Estimator will be accountable for estimating unique, high end residential projects for our discerning customers. DeLeers Construction has over 80 years of experience with a reputation for precise construction and is known for highly detailed, quality, and excellence in our builds.The Senior Residential Construction Estimator must have at least 5 + years of experience in estimating large scale, whole house builds. Experience in light commercial estimation is a plus but not required. Experience working in Pro-core is also a plus but not required. This person will help mentor our less experienced estimators and help work through unique builds. You will also be involved with the process for buyouts, contract awards, and budgets for multiple projects.Our team of Estimators works with multiple departments collaboratively to ensure accuracy of estimates and bids. To help improve future bids and trade partner quality the Estimators are also tasked with finding new trade partners and vendors. This role will take some out of the box thinking as DeLeers Construction's projects are custom and one-of-a-kind.
