- Partner with the Social Media Team and Creative Services to develop and execute a social media videos
- Craft engaging video content that aligns with Scentsy's brand identity, current trends, and best practices
- Execute the Instagram Reels strategy by managing the planning, creation and delivering of social media content
- Create content that is on brand, on trend and appealing to the eye
- Evaluate direct selling competitors and the direct selling social media competitive landscape based on defined criteria
- Assist with social media response, engagement, giveaways and other digital marketing tasks
- Gain an understanding of the Scentsy Marketing Strategy framework to prioritize communications and content
- Assist with reporting on social media trends and analytics
- Support the sharing of content and campaigns to other international regions
- Learn all things about Scentsy business, marketing communications, and social media strategy
- Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Degree seeking student focused on Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Social Media, Public Relations, or Business
- Active social media user and with expertise on multiple platforms
- Knowledge of optimal video formats and specifications for each platform is crucial
- Experience with creating appealing social media video content
- Social media native with comfort and depth of digital and social knowledge
- Strength and depth in a variety of social media platforms in a business environment, including Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok and Blog
- Aware of digital and social marketing trends, metrics, analytics, benchmarks, and best practices
- Familiarity with industry-standard editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is a plus
