- Responsible for technical team (process, material process engineering departments);
- Define, develop and fertilise processes and interfaces along product life cycle on management level with co-departments;
- Consult and support management board on industrial subjects, capabilities and options;
- Actively co-materialise strategy in the frame of the LTP (Transfer of Work, business growth, footprint, Core-Capabilities, cost reduction);
- Support and secure any committed responsibilities and activities within industrialization projects (customer and internally);
- Execute Industrial part of projects according committed content, schedule, resource, schedule, cost;
- Secure smooth entry into serial production;
- Balance appropriate level of process capability;
- Secure availability of all industrial assets;
- Multi-project balance in priority, resource, and targets in the frame of the APQP principles;
- Industrialize products, processes assets along standards and guidelines (APQP) in efficient and agile manner to serve customer product requirements and to enable efficient serial production.
- Strong process management experience as well as new product launch
