Job Description:Location: LahoreSetting: OnsiteJob Timing: US Business HoursPosition Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Collections Team Lead to oversee a team of collectors and drive performance excellence within our collection agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all team members meet their monthly goals, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing business trends, strategizing collection strategies, leveraging technology for optimization, and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement. The Collections Team Lead will possess a strategic mindset, a hunger for achieving excellence, and excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of collectors, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve individual and team goals.Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, including call volumes, collections rates, and delinquency ratios, to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for optimization.Develop and implement collection strategies to maximize recovery rates while minimizing losses, adapting strategies as necessary based on business trends and client needs.Utilize technology and data analytics tools to enhance collection processes, improve efficiency, and drive results.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching to underperforming agents, setting clear performance improvement goals and action plans.Collaborate with other departments, such as Operations and IT, to identify and implement process improvements and technological solutions to streamline operations and enhance performance.Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in collections and debt recovery, and incorporate relevant insights into collection strategies and practices.Foster a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and accountability within the team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.Communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment of goals and expectations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or related field preferred.5 years of experience in collections or relevant industry, with 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding collection targets and KPIs.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision-making and performance improvement.Experience in developing and implementing collection strategies, leveraging technology, and optimizing processes.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, can effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.Strategic mindset with a hunger for achieving excellence and driving results.Ability to lead and motivate a team, providing coaching, feedback, and support to foster growth and development.Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements related to collections and debt recovery preferred.Proficiency in using collection management software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools and technologies.Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience and qualificationsLucrative bonus structureHealth InsuranceCompany TransportationFuel AllowanceWhat You Will Need to Succeed :
