Groundworks is seeking talented Bilingual Appointment Center Specialists to join our tribe in Irving, TX!Job DescriptionAs a Bilingual Appointment Center Specialist, you will be the voice of our brand and the first point of contact with our future customers. You will utilize excellent customer service skills to create a positive first impression with interested homeowners, then schedule initial free inspection appointments as the first step to earning their business.You will take inbound calls from homeowners in English and Spanish, as well as make warm outbound calls (no cold calling!) in a fast-paced call center environment.Average earners take home $20+/hr! ($16/hr + $3 bonus per each appointment booked & ran)Full time hours (rotating weekends required)Onsite in Irving, TXJob ResponsibilitiesAnswer inbound calls and make warm outbound calls using an automated dialer. All calls are warm - no cold calling!Schedule inspection and estimate appointments with interested homeownersMaintain customer information within company softwareAll other duties as necessaryQualificationsFluent in English and SpanishMust be able to work every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday).
