- Manage and oversee spare parts demands, inventory and KPI’s of the Aftermarket warehouse, country spare part stocks, and depots for Europe
- Align and coordinate with European country responsible the spare parts planning and forecast accuracy to ensure inventory availability for both service and sales entities.
- Drive and coordinate the demand planning, sourcing, subassembly production and, sale of spare parts, consumables, and spare part repair / refurbishment.
- Serve as a liaison between country management, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Coordinate seamless end-to-end delivery and returns of parts from various countries to the central stock and repair facility
- Provide advisory support for the establishment of operations in new countries Initiate provisioning orders for new country setups.
- Monitor and manage ongoing orders for country stocks to maintain a high level of service.
- Handle internal Orders, Transfer Orders, and Work Orders creation to ensure timely production preparation for inventory stocks and repair turnaround times for parts refurbishment.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain team to identify delivery dates requiring escalation to meet site demand needs.
- Develop, establish and, improve standard work for warehouse operations and align with global warehousing management
- Accountable for the quality of the safety stock levels .
- Coordinate with factories the on time replenishment.

- Experiences in managing inventories, KPIs, Safety stock forecasting
- Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP Systems and computer skills (e.g., Excel, Word, etc.) and profound experiences with common spare parts inventory management software
- Associate's degree or relevant experience in parts and maintenance operations.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or maintenance distribution or manufacturing environments.
- Bachelor's degree required preferably in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related field. MBA or Masters of Supply Chain is strongly preferred
- Fluent in English (company standard language), Romanian very much preferred.
