Job Summary:We are seeking experienced servers with 2 years+ experience of dine-in & takeout experience. We are looking for team members that are good communicators, reliable, friendly and organized. Must be self-motivated, able to multi-task, stay calm under pressure, and work well in a team.Position Details: 1 Lunch shift (10:30am-2:30pm- day to be determined) and at least 2 Dinner Shifts on Wednesday (4:00-8:30pm) & Sunday (3:30-8:30pm). Friday and Saturday dinner shifts may also be available depending on scheduling.MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON WEDNESDAY & SUNDAY DINNER.Base wage & shared tips - average $25 to $35+/hour.About Us: We are a family-owned Japanese Sushi Restaurant serving the Arlington community for over 26 years. Depending on the needs of the shift, you may have multiple roles with dine in, takeout, expo, etc.

dine-in table service (taking orders, entering orders into POS, checking in with customers, taking payments, clearing/setting tables, side work tasks)
Servers will also prepare and serve beverages and some pre-made side dishes (soup, salad, rice, cold appetizers, sauces).
Qualifications:
Must have previous server experience (min. two years) in a fast-paced restaurant environment that includes dine-in, carry-out, and online ordering.
Experience with POS, technology, and online carry-out/phone ordering
Excellent customer service and communication skills, positive attitude
Must be able to speak English
Punctual, organized, reliable, and flexible
Work attire is black shirt, black pants, non-skid/slip work shoes
Physical requirements: continual standing/walking; ability to reach, bend, and lift up to 10 lbs.
