Should be familiar with the latest industry trends and have a proven track record in driving conversions and increasing ROI for various paid campaigns.Key Competencies:1.Should have a minimum of 8-12 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a B2C environment & Ed Tech industry (direct competitor).
2.Should have experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
3. Should have experience in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics
.4.Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
5.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple.
