In this role, you will have a chance to grow your skills supporting the continued production and sustainment of various complex microwave modules, submodules, circuit card assemblies, and subsystems utilized across multiple projects. You will have the opportunity to work closely with cutting-edge hardware fielded on the most advanced Military Platforms.Activities day to day will vary and may include:
Working with hardware suppliers
Engineering evaluation of part obsolescence impact, and potential replacements
Partner with cross functional team to mitigate DMS impacts to programs
Delegating tasking to less experienced engineers and technicians
Technical management of engineering activity related to replacement component assessment
