  • Assist and support the Technical team (Quality Technicians) to assess and solve quality issues before shipment
  • Provide ad-hoc training to our vendors
  • Work with third-parties who are inspecting our products to guarantee the quality, consistency and reputation of our garments
  • Work with our global warehouses in reviewing quality issues and taking corrective actions to recondition our products into the required specifications and quality standards
  • Coordinate the Quality Control and Reconditioning Teams in our Global warehouses. Keep quality reports updated and costs under control.
  • Work with our global offices to align our strategies
  • Manage quality claims to Vendors and corrective action plans
  • Continually monitor Suppliers performance (efficiency, speed, accuracy, quality, attendance, attitude and behavior), taking necessary action where appropriate to improve standards.
  • Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports.
  • Monitor, coach and provide feedback to the team on production and quality targets to achieve operational excellence.
  • Keeping accurate documentation and performing quality statistical analysis.
  • Review and optimize KPIs
  • Keep the global quality performance reports, vendor scorecards, and company technical manuals updated.
  • Ensure frequent and clear communication across internal and external stakeholders
Requirements· Education in Fashion, Textiles, Clothing or equivalent work experience· Passion and attitude for Fashion· Extensive knowledge of Excel is preferrable· Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English is required, any other European language would be considered a plus· Positive attitude, open minded, good team player in cross-functional and multinational teams· Attention to details· Strong problem solving and analytical skills· Self-motivated, focused on meeting deadlines and well-organized to multi-task in a fast-paced environment· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both internal and external players
