Location: Thessaloniki - Thermi Creece Working Model: Hybrid work model – 09:00- 17:00 You will be reporting to: Head of development What you will do: As a Senior Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of their clients. You will collaborate closely with their cross-functional team of developers, designers, to deliver high-quality software that exceeds customer expectations. Your main responsibilities will be: Leading the development and implementation of new features and functionalities for their CRM product using PHP Laravel framework Designing and architect scalable, reliable, and maintainable codebase that adheres to best practices and coding standards Collaborating with the product management team to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development plans Conducting code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement Optimizing application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless deployment and integration of new releases Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science Proven experience (4+ years) developing web applications using PHP Laravel framework. Strong understanding of MVC architecture, RESTful APIs, and modern web development principles.
