From handling bookings and transportation to orchestrating special events, our attention to detail ensures a seamless journey.We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Travel Designer.This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including managing travel and concierge requests worldwide with a focus on providing exceptional service to our clients.Primary Responsibilities:

Handle diverse travel and concierge requests worldwide, including luxury villa reservations, 5-star hotel bookings, business aviation arrangements, luxury shopping, event ticketing, dining reservations, and more.
Manage requests from start to finish with a focus on delivering exceptional and unique service.
Collaborate with international partners and suppliers, negotiating conditions for optimal service delivery.
Provide insightful knowledge to the team on request fulfillment and share updates on global travel and leisure trends.
Utilize various resources to research requests and deliver valuable solutions.
Maintain the CRM database and uphold performance standards in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in hospitality, lifestyle management, concierge services, or outbound travel agencies.
Experience in booking villas, hotels, business aviation, regular flights, concierge services, and luxury shopping, with knowledge of popular tourism destinations and the luxury segment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office.
Professional demeanor when dealing with internal customers.
Fluency in English, proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
