They operate at the intersection of media and technology and deliver results-driven marketing services to our diverse range of clients.Job Summary:Experienced HR Business Partner specializing in people analytics, culture transformation, and talent management within the dynamic landscape ofemerging HoldCo environments. Demonstrated expertise in navigating media tech and fintech verticals, driving digital transformation, and facilitating global expansion efforts.Key Skills:1. People Analytics: Leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic HR decisions and optimize talent-related processes.2. Culture Transformation: Leading initiatives to cultivate inclusive, innovative, and high-performance cultures aligned with organizational objectives.3. Talent Management: Implementing strategies for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent across diverse geographies and industries.4. Global Expansion: Facilitating seamless expansion into new markets while ensuring compliance with local regulations and cultural sensitivities.5. Stakeholder Engagement: Building strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels to drive alignment and support HR initiatives.Experience:- HoldCo HR Business Partner: Spearheaded HR initiatives for an emerging HoldCo, collaborating with operating entities in media tech and fintech sectors to drive cultural integration and talent development strategies.- People Analytics Lead: Developed and implemented data-driven approaches to optimize workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.- Culture Transformation Specialist: Led cross-functional teams in fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and inclusion, resulting in improved employee morale and productivity.- Global Talent Manager: Managed end-to-end talent lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning, across multiple regions and business units.- HR Consultant: Provided strategic guidance to executive leadership on HR matters, including organizational design, change management, and employee relations.Education:- Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Human Resource Management- Bachelor of Science in Psychology or related fieldCertifications:- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or equivalent- Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) or equivalentLanguages:- Proficient in English (Fluent in written and spoken communication)- Additional languages a plus, especially considering global operations
