Job Title: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)Location: Manistee, MichiganPosition Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our rapidly-growing team in Manistee, Michigan. The role will be responsible for providing comprehensive social work and therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing a variety of treatment modalities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work practice, mental health counseling, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to promoting the well-being of clients.Key Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' psychosocial needs, strengths, and resources.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques to address clients' emotional, behavioral, and social issues.
  • Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources within the community.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community agencies to coordinate services and support for clients.
  • Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities to enhance professional growth and development.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and regulations governing social work practice in Michigan.
Qualifications: * Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current LMSW, LMFT, or LPC licensure in the state of Michigan.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in social work practice or mental health services.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based interventions and therapeutic approaches.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records and other relevant software applications.
  • Commitment to cultural competency, diversity, and inclusion in social work practice.
