Responsibilities: Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including ledgers, journals, and financial statements. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including preparation and filing of tax returns (GST, income tax, etc.) and handling tax-related queries and audits. Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue generation. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to management based on financial analysis. Internal Controls: Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data. Financial Reporting: Prepare periodic financial reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities as required. Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior members of the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent. Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting and taxation, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Annual CTC: INR 3.6 - 4 Lakhs per annum
