BG Test Engineer

• Support on project acquisition and DFM according to test strategy
• Develop test guidelines and standards for specific forward model projects
• Work with R&D for s/w and memory flashing strategy and drive timely implementation of specifications and data files through the development projects
• Work with R&D, BG and suppliers to develop tester specifications and source / follow up on timely delivery to the production plant
• Support tester equipment and handling development
• Define the standard equipment/devices for tester
• Work with R&D to standardize Test & Calibration specifications for different product families

• Bachelor Degree or above
• +15 years working experience
• +10 years working experience at automotive electronics industry with testing background.
• Familiar with automotive electronics products, particularly displays, IVI, ECU, Instrument Clusters and cameras.
• Good knowledge and skill for electrical testing, RF testing, display testing, ROM/MCU writing, ICT and functional testing.
• Testing line development experience for electronics product is must
• Possesses a strong understanding of the manufacturing issue diagnostics process for serial production
• Experience in dealing with global teams and multiple tester suppliers is plus.
