- Conduct appointments with business clients via phone and online to determine need and provide information about products and/or services.
- Make, accept, and disposition calls and set appointments for oneself as well as accept appointments set by Business Solutions Representatives team.
- Manage all steps in the B2B sales cycle to include conducting client account analysis and review, alerting clients to programs/services that would benefit their business, and conducting follow up and service transactions (assist with device set up, delivery, etc.).
- Serve as a liaison between business customers and VZW, as well as customers and the B2B customer service team.
- Generate and present client proposal (with or without assistance from Support Team) and direct fulfill orders.
