Job Title: Business Analyst (J2EE Focused)Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong focus on J2EE technologies to join our team. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design solutions leveraging J2EE technologies. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of J2EE architecture, frameworks, and best practices, and will play a key role in translating business needs into technical specifications.Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design solutions using J2EE technologies.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of technical solutions.
  • Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for J2EE-based applications and systems.
  • Stay current with J2EE technologies, frameworks, and best practices to ensure alignment with industry standards.
  • Participate in project meetings, status updates, and other project-related activities as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on J2EE technologies.
  • Strong understanding of J2EE architecture, frameworks, and technologies (e.g., JSP, Servlets, EJB, JDBC, JMS).
  • Experience with J2EE application servers such as Apache Tomcat, JBoss, or IBM WebSphere.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience with J2EE-related tools and technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, and Maven is a plus.
