Wilkes University invites applicants for a Director of Alumni and Constituent Engagement in the office of Advancement and Alumni Engagement. The Division of Advancement and Alumni Engagement provides alumni and friends with meaningful engagement opportunities which result in the investment of talents and resources in support of Wilkes University. The Director is responsible for planning and executing an alumni and constituent relations program which provides engagement opportunities to strengthen the university's relationship with key groups including alumni, friends, donors, parents, students, and employees.A master's degree is preferred, bachelor's degree required. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of progressive leadership responsibilities managing specific programs in a higher education alumni relations role, including events and database management. Experience in donor relations preferred. Successful candidates should demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, have a background in project management and a process improvement driven mindset.Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends. Significant day and overnight travel on behalf of the University may be required.
