Join our team!What will you do?Sus principales responsabilidades serán las de apoyar el equipo de Service Cloud & CTI en su labor diaria de gestión y mantenimiento de las actuales soluciones tecnológicas las cuales son explotadas por los diferentes Call Centers y áreas de la compañía.Tendrá la oportunidad de unirse a un proyecto estratégico de la compañía que tiene el objetivo de ofrecer un valor diferencial para mejorar la experiencia del cliente a través de la automatización y atención con herramientas como Salesforce Service Cloud, Talkdesk, BeBot + Inbenta, entre otras.La persona seleccionada dará apoyo en el área de Service Cloud en las siguientes funciones:
  • Gestionar casos asignados a nuestra área los cuales se deberán trabajar con diferentes departamentos para su resolución a través de la herramienta de Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Revisar respuestas de los clientes a las newsletters y posterior feedback a Marketing Cloud.
  • Dar soporte a las dudas de los hoteles y diferentes áreas de Digital Business en los casos de Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Realizar una auditoria calidad atención al cliente a través de la herramienta Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Apoyar en la operativa y gestión diaria del equipo de Service Cloud tanto en la herramienta de Salesforce Service Cloud como en la herramienta de CTI Talkdesk.
  • Mantener el correcto funcionamiento de la herramienta de chatbot BeBot + Inbenta.
  • Gestionar el reporte con el equipo de IT para la mejora continua de nuestra área vía JIRA.
What are we looking for?Buscamos una persona responsable y organizada, con ganas e ilusión de trabajar y de desarrollar una carrera sólida, con los siguientes requisitos:
  • Formación: Estudiante de último año Grado de ADE, Economía, Turismo, Marketing, así como dobles grados de estos anteriormente mencionados.
  • Experiencia: No requerida
  • Idiomas: Inglés Alto
  • Se valorarán conocimientos en: Marketing Digital, gestión de atención al cliente y herramientas del paquete de Microsoft Office.
