- Oversee the entire parts sales process, from initial inquiry to final transaction.
- Collaborate with the parts manager to locate any parts that are not currently in stock.
- Fulfill special-order parts requests promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with customers regarding parts availability, status, and delivery.
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to both internal staff and external customers.
- Regularly monitor stock levels in storage and on shelves.
- Assist in replenishing stock on the Parts Department sales floor as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Experience in heavy-duty parts sales.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a professional appearance and a strong work ethic.
