The Trust & Safety (T&S) team at TikTok helps ensure that our global online community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our applications. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.About the team
Our Operations team moderates millions of videos globally every day, ensuring we are bringing only safe content to our users. Workflow Management builds and optimizes moderation business processes, monitors performance, and continuously looks for areas to improve efficiency and maintain high standards of safety.What will I be doing?
- You are responsible for the internal business workflow optimization, optimize internal business processes by collecting and analyzing problems in business implementation;
- You will build the workflow strategy, platform design, queue design to improve performance and efficiency in business;
- You will promote the continuous and iterative development of strategy requirements through communication and cooperation with the relevant operation team, algorithm team, and R&D team;
- You will monitor, and improve on the day and short-term moderation performance through various, process and efficiency tactics.Qualifications:What should I bring with me?
- You come with previous experience in an Operations role within a BPO / Social Media / Call center environment - experience with Content Moderation / Safety would be an advantage;
