- Develop long-lasting relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and main point of contact.
- Engage in project planning and estimation, preparing for potential challenges and changes.
- Monitor customer accounts, identifying potential issues, and addressing them promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs, contributing to the improvement of products/services based on client feedback.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their evolving needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional solutions.
- Provide training sessions and resources to empower customers to maximize the value of our products/services.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns, offering insights that contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Familiarity with Data Management or ETL or Application Integration
- Motivated and enthusiastic Entry level Modernization Success Manager. As MSM this individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients satisfaction and success with our Products/Services with a specialized focus on Modernization for PowerCenter to IDMC Cloud Data Integration. This role is for individuals who are passionate about building relationships and providing exception customer experiences.
- BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- Minimum 0+ years of relevant professional experience
