We are seeking outgoing individuals for a business opportunity as a RemoteCustomer Care Specialist. The ideal candidates are passionate about travel and helping others plan dream vacations and business trips. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will work directly with clients in handling inquiries, questions, and travel arrangements to best fit their wants and needs.
This is an independent contractor position with the opportunity to make your schedule and supplement your current income – or replace it in full!Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize travel packages to meet client wants & needs
  • Provide advice and information on travel destinations & accommodations
  • Create, process, and manage itineraries
  • Process payments and maintain authorizations
  • Keep up-to-date with travel trends, industry regulations, and destination updates
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally Requirements:
  • Must be 18+ and live in the U.S
  • Travel experience a plus but not necessary
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and time manage
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
