The ideal candidate for this position must be atleast 18 years old and be available on both Nights and weekends. This position requires someone who functions best in fast-paced environments, and can multitask, prioritize and delegate amongst the team.The assistant manager will:
-Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
-Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
-maintaining safety and food quality standards
-Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
--Organizing schedules and making sure shifts are filled
-Assisting in controlling all labor and food costs
-Ensuring all end of day cashouts are correctly completed
-Coordinating daily front and back of house operations
-Appraising staff performance
-completing all other duties as assigned by upper managementHourly pay ranging from 12-18 per hour with tips in addition to hourly rate
