Job Type: RegularWork Location: Remote - TX - CSTOverview:2020 Companies is now hiring a full-time remote Employee Success Manager!The Employee Success Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the onboarding process for new employees and managers, focusing on streamlining the process, providing easy access to resources, and creating engaging and informative messaging.The ideal candidate will be able to identify and solve problems with the current onboarding process, such as delays in email access or system permissions. The candidate should also be able to streamline the process of getting new hires into the field and create engaging and informative onboarding messaging. Additionally, the candidate should be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors and track and measure the effectiveness of the onboarding program.What's in it for you?

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program that is efficient and effective and meets the needs of new hires and the organization
  • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the onboarding process, such as delays in email access or system permissions
  • Streamline the process of getting new hires into the field by creating clear and concise instructions and providing timely support
  • Organize and curate content in the LMS to ensure it is meaningful and relevant to new hires - Develop engaging and informative onboarding messaging, including emails, presentations, and training modules
  • Partner with vendors to create high-quality media and videos to support the onboarding process
  • Deep dive into challenges faced by new hires and create new processes and solutions to fix them
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that new hires have the resources and support they need to be successful
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of the onboarding program and make improvements as needed
Performance Measurements:
  • Reduce the average time to productivity for new hires
  • Increase employee satisfaction with the onboarding process
  • Reduce the new hire turnover rate
  • Develop and implement a new onboarding program for remote employees
  • Partner with the IT department to streamline getting new hires access to systems and tools.
  • Create a new onboarding video series introducing new hires to the company culture and values
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in onboarding or a related HR field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with onboarding software and tools
  • Experience with developing and delivering training programs
  • Experience with creating and managing employee handbooks and other onboarding materials
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
