This individual will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of HR operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a culture of inclusivity and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company goals and industry standards
  • Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new employees
  • Conduct training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters
  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a positive work environment and employee satisfaction
  • Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for management review
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and [Second Language] (written and verbal)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resource management, preferably in the food industry
