Job Title: Operation ManagerKey Responsibilities· The Operation Manager shall possess managerial skills and technical qualifications and demonstrate the judgment, initiative, and motivation essential to maintaining operational control of the communications network and facilities.· Primary duty shall be to manage a group of twenty or more technicians and engineers.· The person shall be capable of assisting the KMOD (J6) in evaluating new technology and/or equipment upgrades and in developing future communication requirements.· He must have five (5) years direct supervisory experience.· Experience in Capital planning, budgeting and conformance· Ability to work effectively within a cross functional and team-based environment.Experience in the end-to-end process of project planning, requirements management, risk management, documentation, design processes, test processes, and manufacturing
