Join a growing company in the occupational and drug testing space. With sites across NZ this expanding company is seeking a dynamic Occupational Health Nurse to help in leading, developing and supporting their teams. This broad role will allow you to maintain your hands on skills, while also being able to develop others, as well as being able to contribute to the overall service, with a strong focus on wellbeing. Duties may include but not limited to:
  • Identify and address issues, as well as areas of improvement needed
  • Work collaboratively with senior management and professional development team
  • Provide direct support to community-based nurses
  • Deliver clinical support as needed from time to time
  • Conduct training for the broader NZ team as required
  • Mainly an Auckland-based role with occasional travel across NZ to support diverse teams.

Skills & Experience
  • Registered Nurse with the Nursing Council of New Zealand.
  • Previous experience in Occupational Health is essential
  • Great opportunity for a senior Occupational Health Nurse looking for the next step in their career
  • Previous management or leadership experience is highly advantageous
  • Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in the business, and passion to grow in a developing company
  • Positive attitude and a genuine passion for well-being and the occupational health space
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
