- This goal mandates the collaboration of the region's businesses, residents, cultural institutions, public organizations, and community groups, using the new brand.
- An important element of this strategy is the launch of a new Trondheim.com/Trondheim.no website, complemented by dedicated social media channels.
- Strategic planning, cooperation, and the production of captivating content and campaigns are important to the successful implementation and promotion of the city brand and its digital presence.
- What you will be doing to make a difference:
- Create strategies for launching and promoting the City Brand and WorkinTrondheim.
- Increase awareness about Greater Trondheim region as a career destination.
- Create compelling content for various channels, including social media, email newsletters, and website.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders in the region to create engagement and involvement in implementing the City Brand and WorkinTrondheim
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and branding, preferably in a digital environment.
- Creative and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Proven experience in and motivation for content creation
- Fluency in English is required. Some capabilities in Norwegian will be an advantage.
