Salary: £31,500 per annum, plus 30% enhancements for nights & weekendsSanctuary Personnel is recruiting for an exciting opportunity as a Registered Nurse at our client's Neurological Care Centre in Ipswich, Suffolk.The Care Centre, with over 20 years of experience, is renowned for its quality, personalised care, and innovative rehabilitation services for neurological conditions. They offer 26 residential beds alongside their cutting-edge level 2 rehabilitation unit, comprising 6 beds, fostering an environment ripe for professional growth and development.Duties:Working closely with their multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists and occupational therapists, you'll contribute to goal setting and ensure optimal outcomes for their clients. As a Staff Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering high standards of personalised care, leveraging your post-registration experience, clinical skills, and commitment to professional development.Requirements:
- Post-registration experience preferably in neurological care
- Up to date clinical skills
- Passion and drive to work in neurological care and rehabilitation
- The ability to demonstrate a commitment to continued professional development
- The ability to mentor students and less experienced staff
- 8.00 pm to 6.00 am (nights) 30%
- Friday midnight to Sunday midnight (weekends) 30%
- Public Holidays 24 hours midnight to midnight 60%
