You will work closely with the Director to manage and execute PayPal’s agency strategy and model and ensure the agency roster is optimized to meet all the needs of marketing clients. You will lead the quarterly/annual planning process to develop SOWs for key initiatives. In your role, you will also be accountable to manage specific agency and third-party relationships to ensure they are properly staffed, performing effectively on behalf of PayPal’s business, ensuring SOWs are properly developed and sized for the deliverables. You will assist in the development of key agency management processes and policies and ensure compliance across the organization. Additionally, in this role you will develop strong relationships with senior leadership at agencies and partners with ongoing communication and planning.This is an exciting time as we transform the organization and business. This role is part of a newly formed team. As this organization grows and matures, you will also oversee other measures that will be used to benchmark efficiency and effectiveness of the agency ecosystem (briefing, creative development process) and lead the development of an agency performance management process.You will be responsible for:Manage agency and partner relationships.Partner internally with key stakeholders at multiple levelsLead RFIs/RFPsLead roster management and optimization.Assist with Implementing the new agency model and streamlining agency roster.Agency issue resolutionAgency Scorecards and Performance KPIsLead QBRsDeveloping an effective onboarding process for agencies with regards to agency tools, performance expectations, SOW templates, etc.Assess SOWs, agency deliverables, staffing plans and assist with rate card analysis with sourcing.Lead all monthly, quarterly, and annual SOW development with agencies collaborating with marketing clients.Lead annual Agency Summit and content development.Onboard and exit agencies.Develop agency transition process and manage agency transitions.Building relationships with leadership at agencies used by PayPal to ensure effective collaboration and establish a process for course correction.Benchmarking and evaluation of current agencies and potential new partnersManaging agency fee and production budgets for agency SOWs partnering with Sourcing, Finance and Marketing stakeholders.Enforcing guidelines for agency engagementReview and approve all agency SOWs prior to execution ensuring staffing plan aligns with deliverables and deliverables are clearly spelled out.Develop and implement agency management calendar including performance reviews, QBRs, annual agency summit, annual planning/SOW development.Partner with sourcing team to review RFPs, agency SOWs including staffing plans, business terms, agency roster compliance and deliverables.Create an agency performance measurement process and platform.Assess compensation strategies for strategic agency partners.Develop partnerships with the segment teams to facilitate the forecasting agency requirements.Monitor the competitive landscape to constantly stay abreast of new developments in the agency management and operations fields.Understand and remain experienced in implementing best practices across agency category.Experience Required:7-10 years agency management experience or agency operations experience on either agency or client side.Building relationships and strong ability to negotiate.Building processesExperienced user of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, OneDrive/SharePoint) preferred.College degreeMaster’s degree in Marketing (optional but a plus)Additional Job Description:Subsidiary: PayPalTravel Percent: 0-PayPal is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.Actual Compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to work location, and relevant skills and experience.The total compensation for this practice may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable), equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
