Palouse Homes is seeking a Building and Leasing Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential properties. As the Building and Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for marketing and leasing vacant units, managing tenant communications, ensuring lease compliance, coordinating unit access, and assisting with rent collection. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.This position is a 1099 contractor position, but full-time availability with at least 30 hours is required.Responsibilities:
Market and advertise vacant units to attract prospective tenants
Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants and schedule showings
Conduct move-in and move-out inspections, and handle tenant communications
Enforce lease terms and coordinate maintenance requests
Coordinate access to units for repairs and inspections
Assist with the collection of rent and ensure timely payment
Requirements:
Prior experience in property management or leasing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of leasing laws and regulations
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and property management software
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
