Coordinate and support global marketing campaign activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor marketing projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate and organize digital assets, including graphics, images, videos, and documents, into our campaign management tool.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling digital assets.
Ensure the smooth functioning of web pages related to the campaigns.
Apply strong project management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure campaign success.
Perform administrative tasks using various tools to support campaign-related activities.
Providing technical support and troubleshooting, looking for automation and optimization strategies.
Gatekeeping - quality check of our web content connected to branding guidelines

YOUR SKILLSWe are ready to provide everything you need for onboarding and your further professional, financial and personal development with us. To make it effective and the start easier, we expect you to have:

Fluent English (written/verbal interaction with international stakeholders)
Proven experience in coordination/project management (discussed at the interview)
Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple tasks effectively
Familiarity with different graphic/visual communication formats is a plus
Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and meet deadlines
