Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Los Angeles, CA
Contract Length: 36 Weeks | Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,437.50 (Based on Experience)Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join an esteemed Educational Services client in Los Angeles, CA. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact on students by developing and implementing behavior intervention plans that support their academic and social success.Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Provide direct and indirect behavioral support to students with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to implement effective interventions.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) to enhance student outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • California state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Experience working in a school or clinical setting preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
