- General secretarial duties include but are not limited to answering phone calls and e-mails, filing, photocopying, bulk mail, typing letters, shredding, faxing, greeting, and assisting all visitors to the school.
- Complete yearly paperwork (back-to-school forms, child reporting forms, attendance reports, etc.)
- Maintain various school calendars and schedules.
- Coordinate transportation for all field trips.
- Administer first aid and prescription medications to students for the purpose of providing emergency or necessary care.
- Fill daily gift card orders.
- Maintain and update student files, electronic student records, and class rosters.
- Assist principal with projects as needed.
- Assist with ordering and maintaining inventory of all school books and supplies, as well as contacting vendors as needed.
- Any other duties assigned by the Principal.
- Advanced education in a related field, preferred.
- At least 2-3 years experience as a secretary, preferred.

- Exhibit professional behavior while responding to telephone calls & interacting in person.
- The ability to work confidentially and independently, multi-task, and demonstrate competence in all areas of responsibility.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in the use of all general business and office equipment.
- Computer skills, including database experience, Google applications, MS Word, and Excel.
- The ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers and the Principal.
