Providing direct support and assistance to individuals in need, covering disabilities, mental health issues, substance abuse problems, or social challenges.
Assisting clients with daily activities like personal care, household chores, and financial management, ensuring their well-being and independence.
Offering immediate support and intervention during crises, be it emergencies, conflicts, or instances of abuse or neglect.
Conducting thorough assessments of clients’ needs and crafting personalized care plans tailored to their specific requirements and goals.

About you:

Holding a FETAC Level 7 or equivalent qualification in social care.
Having a minimum of six (6) months of experience in an Irish social care environment.
Being a quick learner with a proactive attitude, capable of adapting to diverse settings.
Proficiency in English is a must.
