- Manage project intake and update process, ensuring communication with stakeholders is seamless and standardized to maintain effective process and relationship management
- Provide appropriate information and updates for senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Provide end to end governance and oversight on projects, Demand Process and Portfolio Management
- Engage internal clients to understand their needs and where and how to provide governance and support.
- Create and maintain accurate project documents – reporting, metrics, processes, RACI, etc
- Ability to promptly escalate any delays or issues and address conflicts.
- Helping project teams create their intake forms, project plans, risk logs, RACI and RAID log, etc
- Creating strong presentations using PPT and Visio for senior management; training and new rollouts
- Advanced level experience in Microsoft tools – PPT, SharePoint, Visio, Excel
- Negotiate with stakeholders and prioritize as required.
- Keeps project stakeholders informed using appropriate tools.
- Produce project reports, meeting minutes, and have face-to-face meetings and manage strong, professional relationships.
- Identify and manage risks. Recognize issues and proactively create ways to mitigate their impact.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and present to stakeholders across the organization.
- Manage meeting communications and documentation- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with different stakeholder audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- 5-9 years’ work experience in a PM or BA capacity
- Understand E2E Project Lifecycle
- Extreme attention to detail
- Effective presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Cross functional experience or exposure to multiple business services / corporate functions
- Strong business, analytical, quantitative, problem-solving and decision making skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills including experience at performing this across multiple functions, committees and areas
- Superior communication skills: both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff
- Solid knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools
- Tolerance and understanding of multicultural work environment
