Rotating Equipment Engineer

• Prepare Rotating equipment MDS and MR
• Participate in review of vendor’s proposal, technical clarification, technical negotiation, signing of TA
• Prepare TBE, assist in CEB
• Review vendor print, participate in Pre-inspection meeting, etc.
• Be responsible for the implementation of HSE policy, procedures, and Responsible Care codes of the site to ensure compliance and safety maintenance execution for rotating and mechanical machinery.
• Ensure training and compliances of safe job procedure, work permit system, HSE guideline, local and international rules and regulations to team staff and contractors.
• Develop and coordinate site rotating and mechanical equipment installation and commissioning management strategy and processes as well as its construction contractor’s strategy.
• Collaborate with procurement, vendor, and contractor management team on rotating equipment site service
• Coordinate and support rotating equipment materials and spare parts management
• Be responsible for commission and start up to develop procedure, plan, resource management as well as leading the field activities in field check, inspection, solo run, and performance test review
• Coordinate with internal engineering discipline for any engineering implementation, modification during installation stage

• Bachelor or above, major of chemical machinery or mechanical
• Above 10 years’ experience in the chemical plant and working in rotating and mechanical equipment discipline.
• Profound Knowledge in petrochemical/chemical field & central maintenance and its methods, program management.
• Familiar with the internal and external working procedure in Engineering company
• Familiar with rotating and mechanical industry specification, rich experience in rotating and mechanical equipment (such as compressor,) management, troubleshooting…
• Communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
